gunpowder guy

it doesnt seem like anyone knows how to use the gunpowder character? 

so heres an explenation:
he has a gunpowder meter and you can fill it up by doing nuetral specail, which also spawns explosive gunpowder piles.

all of his special attacks use gunpowder

once you do down special (the mailbox one) you get a pipe bomb throwable which can be thrown using v or right trigger
